Clarification on $68,000 vs $40,000 We understand that Mr. Carter at MetaMask previously informed you of a total amount of $68,000. However, we wish to clarify that the **only amount currently not blocked and available for release is $40,000**. The remaining balance is tied up in other processes which are being handled separately. We attempted to deduct the 10% fee directly from the $40,000, but unfortunately, the system does not allow deductions from the blocked/held amount. This is why we have requested that you make the payment from your side. 4. 10% Fee Reduction to 5% We are pleased to inform you that after Mr. James White intervened and personally contacted the relevant department, he explained your situation and the financial constraints you have faced. As a result, the system has been adjusted to allow you to pay either 5% or 10% of the total amount. We therefore recommend that you proceed with the 5% payment instead of the full 10%, as this has now been approved in your case. 5.
